The Aryola Electronics story starts in Germany with our owner Chris Hunold. His expertise is derived from a life consumed by electronics. In 1996 his parents took a chance and started a business since they were heavily involved in the electronics industry and saw an opportunity. Advanced Memory Electronics GmbH, or AME, is their German company and proudly operates to this day. Mr. Hunold grew up surrounded by electronic components and innovation throughout the tech boom of the internet, personal computers, and modern electronics.
After almost three decades into this business, we could write a book on lessons learned and establishing long-term relationships. The family’s business acumen and expertise are how they survived and thrived for so long. The Aryola team is highly motivated by the tenacity it took our founders to grind it out and excel in the developing electronics industry. Forward-thinking is how our operational strategy comes together to benefit our partners. Before the Turkey-USA-China tariff trade wars, Chris had Aryola strategically positioned to help in a time of supply chain crisis. His view of the global trade landscape developed from his days at AME. From his decades in the business, Chris saw companies grow too fast before the internet bubble burst. Flooded with cash they go lazy and get far too dependent on overcrowded ports and geographical dominance. In 2017 Mr. Hunold saw the same factors converging and started Aryola in Germany with his network of established relationships throughout the globe.
Intelligent solutions are our way of innovating and securing your trust in our relationship. You can take a circumstance like our Texas warehouse coming soon to show our small business flexibility combined with a new strategy. Aryola has a relationship with one of the largest automotive technology manufacturers in the world, and their change in production schedule is leading to an enormous amount of overstock. Outside of our norm, we worked with our long-time partner to come up with a solution where we store their overstock. The components are currently located in a critical space needed for production, but the customer doesn’t want to sell or consign the products either. Aryola saw this opportunity to keep expanding to a third North American location along the USA/Mexico border, as well as fostering a longstanding relationship between two respectable organizations.
During the trade wars of 2018-2019, Aryola was growing fast at our German headquarters. As time went by it became abundantly clear that we needed a location in North America very fast. As soon as we were ready to open in Naples, Florida, the pandemic Covid19 struck. The Naples office grew into a larger Naples location, and in 2022 we had to open another office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This location is where you will find our incredible testing facility, intern program, sales teams, marketing, board rooms, and Quality Control operations.
